Fatores associados ao óbito de mulheres com notificação de violência por parceiro íntimo no Brasil

Resumo A violência por parceiro íntimo (VPI) é um problema social e de saúde pública. O objetivo deste artigo identificar fatores associados ao óbito em mulheres com notificação VPI. Estudo do tipo caso-controle a partir relacionamento das bases dados Sistema Informação sobre Mortalidade (SIM), 2011 setembro/2017, Agravos Notificação (SINAN), 2016. grupo “caso” foi composto 15 59 anos no SINAN, cujo autor era atual ou ex-parceiro qualquer causa básica registrado SIM. “controle” consistiu da mesma faixa etária, VPI registrada SINAN município residência dos casos, mas sem registro Foi utilizada regressão logística fim estimar razão chance óbito. 151.826 brasileiras tiveram seus casos notificados, sendo que 2.538 morreram. principal o homicídio. As seguintes características conferiram maior óbito: raça/cor preta amarela; ter deficiências; residir área rural; física, tortura múltiplos tipos combinados; perpetrada arma fogo, objeto perfurocortante meios combinados.
